Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS within the contiguous United States and Canada. We ship via USPS to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. All other countries require customized shipping quote. Contact us if you wish to place an international order.
International Orders: We are unable to process international orders on line at this time. If you wish to place an international order please contact us with your address and product interest so that we can give you customized shipping options.
Most International orders have a tax, duty, or an additional fee. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay these fees. The Pressure Positive Company cannot be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees associated with any order!
UPS does not deliver priority, 2-day shipments on holidays or weekends. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you would like your order shipped to a P.O. Box, your order will be shipped via the USPS. Contact us for a shipping quote.

Military Addresses
Please enter your billing and shipping information using the following guidelines:
- For "City" enter either APO or FPO, whichever applies to you.
- For "United States" enter either AA for Armed Forces America, AE for Armed Forces Europe or AP for Armed Forces Pacific.
Delivery Time
Most orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00PM EST will be shipped the next business day. If orders are placed on a holiday, weekend or after 1:00PM EST, we will process them on the next business day. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped.
If we receive your change order before it is shipped we will be glad to make the indicated change. If the order has already shipped then you will need to return the item at your expense.
Weekend Deliveries
Please remember UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
